We are a small cattery with one breeding male. Our kittens are being raised literally underfoot with no cages. Every kitten has a unique personality and disposition so we work daily to give each kitten individual attention, cuddling and care. I show them in cat shows to promote the breed and allow people to see my beautiful Ragamuffins.
Ragamuffins are big, fluffy cuddly, affectionate teddy bears. Their sweetness, docile nature and intelligence make them more like a puppy than a cat. Thats why they are known to meet you at the door and have long kitty talks. PURRRRRRRRR is the defining word of this breed. They have lots of purr-sonality and their hair is silky like a rabbit. Never tangling and requires minimal maintenance. Just running your hands through the hair is wonderful therapy.
